In brief
What works, what to weigh
+
Strengths
4 reasons to book- New, well-kept rooms — Guests repeatedly mention the fresh condition of the facilities and how clean and spacious the rooms are, with beds singled out as very comfortable.
- Exceptionally helpful staff — The team is described across many reviews as polite, warm and accommodating, with specific examples like carrying luggage upstairs and providing local recommendations.
- Good value for the area — With a high 'Value' score of 8.2 and an 8.2 overall rating from over 670 reviews, the hotel offers a solid price–quality balance for Chiang Mai.
- Practical location near the airport — Guests note the short walk to the airport, making it a convenient pick for early flights or late arrivals without city-centre noise.
–
Worth weighing
3 to weigh- Not in the heart of the old city — The hotel sits a 25-minute stroll from Anusarn Market, so those wanting to be right amid the historic centre's temples and night bazaar may need to budget travel time.
- Mixed breakfast experience — While one guest praised a wide range of food, another found it just fairly clean—so expectations on morning spread may vary.
- Smaller property scale — As a 3-star with a limited set of rooms, the hotel lacks big-resort extras like a pool or fitness centre—though this keeps prices lower.
